Strict Disinfection Process

Step 1: Pre-Production Material Disinfection
All raw materials (such as medical-grade silicone) are first disinfected with high-temperature steam, then undergo preliminary plasma disinfection to eliminate any potential microorganisms on the material surface, ensuring the safety of the source.

Step 2: In-Production Sterile Environment
Our production workshop adopts a Class 10000 clean room standard, with high-efficiency air filters to ensure air cleanliness, constant temperature and humidity control to prevent microbial growth. All production equipment is disinfected daily with hydrogen peroxide plasma, and operators wear sterile protective clothing to avoid manual contamination.

Step 3: Post-Production Core Disinfection
After the product is manufactured, it is placed in a professional hydrogen peroxide low-temperature plasma disinfection chamber for 52-75 minutes of thorough sterilization. The concentration of hydrogen peroxide is strictly controlled above 6mg/L, and the temperature is maintained at 45-55℃ to ensure that every corner of the product is fully sterilized.

Step 4: Post-Disinfection Inspection
Each product undergoes two rounds of sterile inspection after disinfection: first, a physical inspection of the disinfection effect, and then a professional microbial test by a third-party laboratory to ensure that the sterilization rate reaches 99.9999%. Only products that pass the inspection can enter the packaging link.

Step 5: Sterile Packaging & Delivery
Qualified products are packaged in sterile packaging in a clean environment to avoid secondary contamination. Entering the final outer packaging stage.

Cleaning Before Use
Rinse the product gently with warm water (30-40℃) to remove any dust that may have accumulated during storage.
Wipe the surface with a clean, lint-free cotton cloth or a professional intimate toy cleaner, then rinse thoroughly with clean water.
Pat dry with a clean towel or let it air dry naturally (avoid direct sunlight), then it’s ready to use.
Cleaning After Use
Clean the product immediately after use (within 10 minutes) to avoid residue of body fluids or lubricants, which may breed bacteria.
Wash the surface with warm water and mild soap (or professional intimate toy cleaner), gently scrub the crevices (if any) to ensure no residue.
Rinse thoroughly with clean water to remove soap residue (residue may irritate the skin).
Dry completely: Pat dry with a clean, lint-free cloth, or place in a well-ventilated area to air dry naturally. Do not use a hair dryer to dry, as high temperature may damage the material.
Store in a clean, dry, dust-free container (avoid mixing with other items) to prevent secondary pollution.
